Frozen Unbaked Take & Bake - Chocolate Chip Scones - Bag of 8


Now you can bake scones at home! This includes eight frozen unbaked scones. Store frozen until ready to use. You want the scones to still be frozen when they go into the oven. To bake:

- Place frozen on a cookie sheet on a piece of parchment or silicone bake sheet. 

- Pre-heat oven to 350F.

- Brush the top of each scone with an egg wash (whisk an egg in a bowl and then brush mixture on top of each scone).

- Bake scones on middle rack for 18 - 25 minutes, checking at 18 and 21 minutes. Bake time will vary depending on your oven. Check center of scone for with a toothpick for doneness. Other than berry juice, toothpick should be clean when removed. Tops of scones will also be golden brown.

- Remove scones from oven and allow to cool.

- Enjoy!
