Everything Bagel Seasoning - (5 oz bottle)

This is our blend of garlic, onion, poppy, sesame and salt that we use every single day in the bakery to add that extra "Umph" of umami (the Japanese word for "savory" flavors) on our excellent Everything bagels.

You really need to get a bottle of this and work it into your kitchen routine. It's not just a bagel topping. Everything seasoning is good on, well... everything (except waffles, probably not good on waffles).

Here are a few different ways we like to use it at home:

• Sprinkled on as a salad topping
• Mixed into good sour cream, making an easy, awesome veggie dip
• Sprinkled over grilled veggies
• Incorporated into burger patties to add a big infusion of flavor
