Ciabatta Rolls (4 per case)


Our ciabatta rolls are made over a two-day process that starts off with a slow-fermented poolish, which gives them a delightfully light sourdough flavor. They are fantastic as hamburger buns, open-faced and toasted with pesto and sun-dried tomato, or as the base for an outstanding breakfast sandwich.

Keep them frozen to preserve longevity, and pull and thaw as needed.
