Why Bagel Sphere?
Flavor Development: We accomplish our distinct flavor by time and fermentation, not flavor additives. All of our bagels are lovingly made from scratch.
Commitment: Bagel Sphere is committed to a very traditional process of bagel making. This artistic, labor intensive process is in part what gives our bagel a crusty exterior and chewy interior. Our bagels are boiled and baked fresh daily.
Healthy: We use no oil or preservatives. Our bagels are made with the highest quality ingredients: High-protein flour, brown cane-sugar, sea salt, and fresh yeast. Each 4.25 oz. bagel averages 290 calories, 60 grams of carbohydrates, 11 grams of protein and less than 1 gram of fat.
Local: Downtown Bagel Sphere was established by Jim and Tamara Underwood in 1995 in Eugene and is locally owned and operated. We make everything from scratch in our West Eugene bakery.
